Our Wellness Education website offers one-on-one, in-depth consultations with Dr. Andrew Downey. During this consultation, Dr. Andrew will work with you to identify your personal goals and develop a customized plan to help you succeed. These consultations are approximately one-half hour, generally enough time for focused meaningful learning.
